Private Banking – VIP service

OVERVIEW

A department of a major banking institute, offering asset management services, needs to communicate with its VIP clients in a secure way over the phone.

The bank wants to give its customers a value added new service that can differentiate its service from competitors and that simultaneously can optimize the relationship between the private banker and his customers, by improving and increasing the telephone interactions and decreasing the number of face-to-face meeting.

SOLUTION

The architecture installed at the bank created a secure voice communication channel between fixed and mobile phones of both private bankers and clients, with the aim of establishing a confidential and secure way to manage very private financial discussions. In the bank datacenter, it was adopted the Enterprise VoIP Security Suite solution, creating a secure way to connect the bank landlines phones, and both private bankers’ and VIP clients’ mobile phones by installing the encrypting mobile software. The version ins>talled on mobile devices was customized in accordance with the bank’s corporate image, so that the user interface maintains a deep consistency with it.

The encryption of all communications, whether between fixed and mobile or between mobile and mobile phones, is guaranteed by using the most sophisticated cryptographic algorithms and is 100% secure against any type of illegal interception by third parties. The Enterprise VoIP Security Suite is designed in order to satisfy all the legal requirements requested by the service provisioning regulations and by the law obligations to be met. The high level of customization allows easy adjustment of the solution according to the rules in force.
